Why do we need ARB

Only what's graspable is manageable

In today's complexity and uncertainty the process of sensemaking and solution building is necessary to make grand challenges and complex potentials graspabale. Only then are they manageable. We want to move the needle in contributing to this.

Organizations as driver for societal change — locally and globally.

We deeply believe in the potential of collaboration and the power of the organization. The total value of the organization is much greater than the sum of its parts.

That potential must be used for good. We want to appeal to, empower and guide organizations to affect and drive societal change and advancement.

In our global world identities and belonging are becoming more conflicted, contested, important and connected at the same time. While our national systems and global identity give us all our unique combination of identity, global organizations are forces of values and community across the globe and across borders.

We want to recognize that impact, its potential, its responsibility and utilize it for good.
